Dharmacon has core expertise in high-throughput RNA synthesis using its
patented 2'-ACE, RNA synthesis chemistry, siRNA design, and development of
novel siRNA chemical modifications. siRNAs are available to target any
unique human, mouse, and rat gene and can be purchased as single reagents,
biologically relevant groups, and genome-wide collections. Bulk synthesis
of chemically modified and specially processed siRNAs for in vivo
studies is also available. The company also provides transfection reagents
with a wide range of efficacy and minimal cell toxicity to facilitate in
vitro siRNA studies.
Facilities
Our facilities include 40,000 sq/ft of space in Lafayette, Colorado.
The production labs have a state-of-the-art process solvent piping
system. The facility also has continuous environmental monitoring,
state-of-the-art control systems, and redundant HVAC systems.
